This is a great studio with awesome instructors. They have a class for all levels of practice. The studio provides yoga mats for those who do not have one and also have towels that you can grab to wipe down. I highly recommend this studio if your looking to get into yoga or even if your returning to your practice.

The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation and concentration. Really helps with your practice.
Hope is wonderful with her calm & soothing approach. She plays relaxing music & adds special touches like bells/chimes & essential oils. LOVE her yin classes!!!!
It was such a pleasant, clean and friendly experience. I have Severe RA and Fibromyalgia and I realized how tense my body is during the yoga session.
I will be recommending to others and attending sessiond as often as possible!
