Rachel is always really helpful but the lady that is manager I’m guessing (dark hair and glasses) has now been rude twice. I’ve spent a lot of money in there but from now on will take all my business to Ace Hardware!!! She needs to learn better people skills if that’s who she will be dealing with in her position!!

I would share with them the fact that the young lady that helped me..gave me the best customer service I have ever recieved while purchasing paint. She was more than patient..busted her hump to help me achieve the color I needed to be matched. She made numerous efforts ..always smiling and friendly until she got it dead spot on..totally by the seat of her pants and knowledge of her field. She was awsome and it was something that cant be replicated at lowes or walmart.
