The service department , particularly Anthony Butler , did a wonderful job on fixing our Cadillac SRX. Took a week of searching but they did it and we had a loaner car in the meantime . Highly recommended

I'm unhappy every time we have to deal with the service department. They never know what's going on, threatened to send parts back if we don't cater to their schedule, called us in for a recall that they didn't have parts for, aren't helpful or friendly. Frankly, I wish I had an older vehicle rather than newer. There is no reason a broken lens cover should cost $280.

Bought a car from here and was told one thing on the phone and another once i got there in person. The car had 5000more miles then i was told and it has quit running before i even made my first payment. They want me to pay out of pocket to have it all fixed.A day after my loan was approved it quit working. They got a 1 because they do work with all credit types because they have no problem lying to the bank to get approval for your loan,as in my case.I was told no payment for 45daysand the bank was already calling me for a late payment before my loan even went through. This is a very shady place to buy from
