They did amazing. I acquired with eight different dealerships within a 300 mile radius of where I live in Arkansas about a new 2020 Shelby GT500. Every dealership of course reached out to me wanting to sell that car seeing that it had anywhere between $10,000-$30,000 of markup over sticker because of the demand. When my sales person, Shelly reached out to me immediately she was different than the rest. She told me that she would do everything in her power to get that markup down as low as she could to help me get into it for what we both felt was a very fair price. Within the matter of 30 minutes to an hour she had got down to the best Price out of eight other dealerships on a car that is easily going for $10-$30,000 over window sticker. On top of that the Shelby GT500 that they had at this dealership was there only one they were allocated for and for them to be working me this kind of a deal on this type of the car was honestly unbelievable.nnMe living in Arkansas and working where I was not able to make it to the dealership not only did she get me a great deal but her and her husband both offered to drive the vehicle to me the same day and I e-contracted everything online. It was absolutely the easiest and hassle free process I have ever done buying a vehicle and this is my 46th vehicle I have owned. Anytime I am in the market for anything Ford in the future this dealership will be the first place I call and I will be asking for Shelly each time. AMAZING!!!

Great people!!! Great service!!! These guys are great my wife had a flat and Mark Gentry helped us with everything right up to getting us a new tire. I called Ken Edwards our sales guy and he truly helped us after the sale!!! I don’t believe I could get same service in the city!!! So we will continue to drive the extra mile and deal with the Seminole Ford Team!!!

Purchase a used 2018 Ford F-250 Platinum on 12/31/2020. Salesman David Welch promised my truck would be ready for pickup on the first day of the New year with dealer ship being closed.nTruck was ready and on empty. Filled truck up $62.14. After several emails with David promising he would get me my refund mailed. Of course email communication stoped from David.nCalled and talked with Bob salesman and he was going to get Zach Sales manager to call me back and resolve.No call back again.
