Labadie Mansion

We drove from Texas to see the Labadie Mansion. Not knowing that it is on private property. With gates and no trespassing signs up. So we didn't get to see the mansion. Very dissapointed! The whole reason we made the trip. People need to know this before planning to see it. We did find their graves. So I will give it 2 stars for that.

Labadie Mansion is creepy. The story goes the old place or whats left oif it is haunting! Part of me would love to renovate this place but god only knows what you might find. All that said well worth a walk around but be careful it's not stable.

I WANT TO VISIT! ARE THERE ANY GHOSTS???

It was neat but there is not much to see. All there is left is just the outer walls, but not much other than that. Plus you will get eaten up by the bugs living in the tall grass you have to walk through to get up there.

Looks great, a bit drafty, though. Could use some curtains.
