I loved the customer service and I loved being the first renter under the new software. It was a breeze and the Manager and Property Manager were so friendly and lively that I genuinely had fun while renting a storage unit! They both were so helpful.
I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of renting a unit and Lindy's customer service at the counter.nnThe units are incredibly secure, offer insurance for your belongings, and under Lindy's watchful eye.nnThe move in special was what really sold me. 5 stars all around!

Just met w Lindy. Very kind. Welcoming. Eagar to assist me. I called and went in right away to rent a unit. Which she showed me the unit personally. Because, as a female, I wasn't sure the size of a 10 by 12 without seeing it. Lol... I also like the idea that you have to use a code to enter and exit, and that there are alarms on every unit.
The staff at this location was very nice and helpful and at this point I am very pleased with my rental
