This is the second crossfit gym I've tried dropping in on while in town for work and it's by far the best one. Right from the start it was easy to schedule my visit, and when I got there the owner came right up and introduced himself. He made sure I was following along in the workout the entire time and pointed out a couple ways to make my lift better. The people there were super nice and came right up to welcome me. Then, at the end the owner gave me a tshirt. It was a great experience and I'll totally come back :)

This was a fabulous box. I generally drop in every time and everywhere I travel and this is one of my favorites! All of the coaches and even the regulars went out of their way to make me feel at home. I loved the programming, coaching, the people and the most important, the T-Shirts ud83dude09. I will definitely be back every time I’m in town.

Great workout everyday and wonderful new East Village facility. The T-Town community has been a big part of our life the past 3 years.
