My husband & I have been going here for 4 months now & we LOVE it!! Allison, the other trainers & the program are all amazing! I’ve also lost 10lbs since starting! Whoop whoop! Don’t be intimidated - I’m not athletic at all but the trainers are so nice & help you modify the workouts to best fit YOU. Sign up - you won’t regret it!!!

Really nice place very polite manager that works here. The patrons and employees all wave at me when I walk by this place. Stop by and get in shape or loose some weight.

I’ve been going to F45 with Allison for several sessions now and I have never felt so welcomed into a gym. I’ll be honest, I was very scared but that was quickly eliminated when I walked in and met Allison. The class breaks down everything for you and is very easy to follow, even if you don’t know all of the movements. She’ll even help you but not in a weird or judge mental way. I’ve really enjoyed this class and am excited to be apart of a new journey and community in Tulsa!

This is by far the best workout. I have struggled to find a workout that is full body that provides the strength options I need and a cardio as well. Alison and her team are fantastic. This is definitely worth checking out.

Do not recommend. I was hired back in September, signed a contract in December and started their training program in January. I was continually told “we are opening soon!” Month after month I was told I still had a job. I had other job offers yet I turned them down because (Alison) the manager and owner assured me I had a job. Apparently they are now opening 7 months after the original opening date without letting some trainers know. I understand pushing back the opening date but to not tell people they don’t have a job is insanely disrespectful. Super disappointed by the lack of communication, organization and overall care for those they come into contact with.
