Went there for lunch on a Monday and it was fantastic. The puffy tacos weren't exactly what I was expecting but they were still wonderful. I REALLY like their salsa because it's chunky and flavorful and reminded me of home. If it had some hatch chili in it I'd have thought my dad made it. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food came out fast. I also like they their beans are black instead of pinto. Will definitely be back.
I visited Elote when it first opened and was so excited for the homegrown vibe and attention to delicious food. 12 years later and Elote is even better. The bbq puffy tacos were smoky and sweet and tasty! The service was great and Trinity made us feel right at home.
I use to be in love with this place but I dont know what is going on. The food has been cold the last two times and even my daughter said that it would be better if it was hot and her sweet potatoes was hard.There's more vegan restaurants around the area and I will give them a try. I wore out my welcome here.
Friendly staff. Tasty food but I wonder what it would taste like if it was actually hot. I’ve been here three times now, gotten something different every time and while I do appreciate consistency I like my food “fresh off the grill”. At least pretend it’s not sitting in a hot well..or get a better hot well. Honestly a microwave would do y’all wonders.
Great food, different from other restaurants and very casual. Friendly staff and entertainment. I've tried their puffy chicken tacos, now I'm obsessed and they have excellent sides. a nice experience for a date or with family
