The Guy that fixed my tea was sooo nice, the chai tea was ok. The atmosphere was a little outdated, but the guy had such exceptional customer service I will go back just for him to try something else. He provided service that is so outdated nowadays. I appreciate him for that I wish I remembered his name.
So nice, calm, clean, and pretty in this shop. The macchiato, sushi, salad, and boba tea we're all exceptional and served with care and a smile! I spent the afternoon eating and working in this home away from home.
Very good. The food is fresh and the tea was spectacular. The little French lady at the counter was very bubbly and kind.
The food was ok but the service was the worst I've experienced in a long time. Could be a problem with staff during covid.
I really wanted to love the experience because the other locations have been excellent. This was a let down. The staff was certainly friendly and helpful but the overall experience was not very good. I don't think the gentleman that helped me was new, but he was not competent.
