Quick service, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes to register our marriage. Covid restrictions are tricky right now because ask paperwork has to be worked out ahead of time by mail, and then you show up in person for signatures.

Mr. Zuniga helped me a lot. Thank you for your patient.

Because it's an Honorary Consulate, they only open 2 times a week, it's hard to make an appointment because their schedule has only a few hours available on the week.

Unprofessional. Hours say 11:30-5pm no one answers the phone and no one in the office. Crappy
