It is so hard to get any kind of paperwork from them. I bought my jeep back in November and it was delivered to me in Arkansas. I have called several times requesting my odometer reading...still haven't received it. I called this morning because apparently Arkansas needs a lein contract in order to register vehicle and they have suspended my tags until they receive it. I asked Ashley to email that and a copy of the odometer reading and I still have yet to receive an email. This is the second time I'm having to park my vehicle because I can't get what I need in a timely manner. Only reason I bought from this dealership is because I knew the salesman. He is no longer there. I do not recommend them.

They have gotten a new store manager who has started enforcing rules and created a more organized sales team who all work great together to help you find the vehicle you are looking for, or work together to get everything just right to get you approved for financing. You now walk into a more professional atmosphere.
