As we were heading back to Texas we stopped at this McDonalds for a quick breakfast. The lady who took our order was super nice and helpful, however the lady who was at the second window was not wearing a facial mask the correct way or at all, not wearing gloves as she handed us our food. Once we got our food we checked the order and to come to find out we were missing a quarter of our order. When we pulled up to the window and asked the lady for what we were missing she said “are you sure you didn’t already eat it” we all responded no, and she was like “can I see you bag”, having us hand her our bag once again with no mask and gloves. We finally got our missing food, and will not be coming back to this location the next time we travel to Broken Bow.nnThis does not even deserve a star but for the helpful lady we’re giving it 1 star.

I mean what is there to say it's a basic mc Donald's all the good and bad thing's are here overall average if you want a quick meal or something for the kids.

Wow where to start, female in drive through had little or no customer service training. Ordered a filet of fish with extra tarter, got filet of fish no tarter. Ordered 2 cokes she input one as Dr Pepper and cleared the screen before we could verify. Got to the window clerk said it was input as Dr Pepper but made no attempt to correct it. Got home order was jacked so we attempted to talk to a manager no answer on the first call, second attempt manager stated she couldn't hear us. Better served going to Sonic or Arby's, right next door.

Most the time orders are correct Half the time when you try to order a frappe they say the machine not working or cleaning it.same way with ice cream machine.
