Just got a message that location is closed as well as 71st and Lewis and 91st and Yale. Find another bank to bank with. Wow!!! So many people within minutes pulling upnTo find bank closed

This place is horrible!!, once you get to reach the teller after 30 minutes of standing in line... the customer service is great. But there is only one teller per 15 people,.. by the way, there are about 5 to 6 other workers sitting at their desks, while the poor teller has to service 15 people in the line. I have been with Bank of America for 24 years, and I think it is time for me to leave.

Bank manager didn't know how to properly perform a wire transfer. Now I have to wait to get my money back to close on my house.

Never had any issue with Bank of America until this time. My card was canceled and I was NOT NOTIFIED AT ALL. I had called and was told that it was due to fraudulent activity. Ok, great you guys are on top of the fraud protection that’s awesome and I love that about them. Had they not told me my card would still be usable for the next few days until my new card had arrived I wouldn’t be so upset. Well they lied. My card was completely shut off the same day. So found out I could get a temporary card another cool perk. Instead of handling the issue properly on bank of America’s end and taking care of the problem THEY caused, I was told I would just need to make an appointment and come back OR I could get back in line and get some cash out. Had I wanted cash I wouldn't have stood in line and then get told to sit in the lobby and wait for someone. The girl I first spoke with wasn't very informative, quite dismissive and pretty rude. Then the other woman was just stuck up, and didn’t know anything about good customer service. Really frustrating when you’re in a time crunch and you have made payments via your debit card and are now being charged return fees because of your bank. Absolutely no apology from BOFA causing any inconvenience or acknowledging that I was not notified due to the incident. Id like an explanation. Also, I would recommend finding another Bank of America location. This one does not care about their customers.
