I called a couple dealerships about cars before finding the “perfect” one at Cummins. The salesman I had previously talked to at the other dealerships seemed shady. When Mike called I could tell he was unlike the others. He was so easy to work with on the car deal. I will definitely use Cummins again.

In Aug 2020, I saw a 2017 Cadillac XT5 in their online inventory, called to see if it was still available, it was - told them I'm on my way (from OKC). I was already pre-approved, so gave them all my details over the phone. When we arrived, the Caddy was sitting up front, they handed us the keys for test drive and by the time we got back, papers were printed up, ready to go, we signed on the dotted line - and were headed back to OKC in about 45 minutes.nnIt's now March 2021, and we love, love, LOVE our Melly Mel still more than anything!nnBest car buying experience by far. My husband and I said our next car purchase will definitely be from them, I agree!

This place is wonderful. My family and I are on a three-week road trip across the country pulling a giant 41-foot fifth wheel behind our truck. About 70 miles out, we blew some sort of hose thingy off the turbo part of the engine. (I'm no mechanic!) My dad and I were able to rig it somehow and make it down the road to this dealership. After spending the night in a beautiful RV park nearby, we showed up at the dealership service department this morning. Two nice men from the service department came out right away and took a look at our truck. They tightened up the make-shift clamps we had put on and said it should be fine to get us back to Birmingham, Alabama.They explained how to fix it a little more permanently when we get home and/or what and how another dealership would fix it. When we asked how much we owed them, they said nothing...with a smile. This kind of pleasant and attentive customer service is rare these days, especially sometimes at car dealership service departments. We are so grateful and wanted to make sure these nice guys were recognized. Five stars!! Thank you!!

Bought a new truck! Walked in, test drive and all paperwork was finished and they were filling my gas tank and sending me home less than 45 minutes later. In a truck that's better than I wanted for less than anywhere else I'd been!! Awesome. Will never go anywhere else.
