I understand people have a job to do, but when someone says they are just looking five times and the salesperson still badgers them to test drive a vehicle they don't even want, it dosen't give you that warm fuzzy feeling about the experience. Its fine to offer but take a hint (or better yet, take a direct statement at face value!!).

Cummins Ford is the worst place I have ever bought a vehicle from with a 100 thousand mile warranty The staff are unfriendly and the continually try to take the easiest rout on warranty work on your vehicle. You take in a 70 thousand dollar farm vehicle's for service and your loaner vehicle will be a 1500 dollar car that they through a fit about having to detail upon returning. I'll never buy another vehicle from them as long as I live. Ford Motor company should pull there dealership from them .

Over booked customers. It took over 2 hours when I was told by service person it would take 15 to 20 minutes.
