This is the worst place I've ever seen. They give out false information and then say oh there's nothing we can do. So sorry for the inconvenience. Will never get my business again.
We had a great time doing taxes this year! We had an appointment at 9:15am, sat down right away, and the guy was so friendly and funny. He answered all my questions, even when I didn’t get it all the way and asked it a different way. Mr. Toma was great! It was right inside the PX so not hard to find and we were out of there at 9:50am.
My tax preparer went out of the way to get me deductions. Also did my taxes very quickly.
I believe in the professional service that was provided to us.
Once I receive my tax return that 4 out of 5 will be 5 out of 5 but during the initial and preparation process our representative was very courteous and knowledgeable assisting my wife and I with such complex filing and with such complexity our representative fulfilled our preparation while ensuring we receive the most of our tax returns without error. Thank to the men and women who continue to serve. #thanksH&R
