We got the Big Dinner Box. The pizza was not good. I asked for my pizza too be well done and it wasn't. It was too much sauce on it. Guess thats why I normally stick to thin crust. The pasta was bland and there was no marinara sauce for the bread sticks. I'm normally happy with my orders here but this time I was not. The customer service was great.

The pizza was good but that is expected for any Pizza Hut. The staff was rude, unhelpful, not at all friendly, and just all around a mess. I stood at the counter while waiting for any of the multiple staff to acknowledge that I was there. Finally one rude staff person came up, abruptly asked what I wanted and gave me my pizza. It was unpleasant and I will not go back again.
The food is great. The customer service could be more friendly.
When Pizza Hut makes your pizza exactly how you ask for it there's no other Pizza chain that can touch them. Great customer service and quality of the food was excellent
