MONEY TAKEN.nI ordered a pizza in drive thru. My total was $6.41 and I gave the employee $6.50. She had change in her hand and put it back in the register and told me they didn't have change. She used the excuse of a change shortage. Bulls**t. I've paid cash at other places and didnt have a problem getting my change back until I come here. I find it hard to believe they didn't have 9 cents. I see who works at this location and I'm not surprised I've been lied to. So basically, this particular location is taking money from Customers.
The pizza was good but the chicken wings were so spicy I couldn't eat them .I ordered them plain wasn't told they would b spicey I called them and told them and they said we r sorry and that's all. They never offered me anything for my trouble

I went to little Caesars today went through the drive thru ordered 1 pizza and bread sticks the lady said there was a 5 minute wait on the Stix and for me to pull up and they would bring it to me so I did .I waited 15 minutes no one brought me my order so I called and asked if the Stix were ready she said yes so I asked if they were going to bring my order out and the lady said yes I waited 10 more minutes she never came out so I drove back around in the long line and finally got to the window passed the guy my ticket told him how long I had been waiting he passed me my food turn around and walked away no apology no anything .maybe they expected me to walk in and get my order well.....if I had wanted to go in I would have never went through the drive thru first of all and then the no apology that was just rude unprofessional on all levels not a way to run any kind of business at all the costumer comes first period. I did call the manager and express my concerns he however did offer an apology .But that will be my last time going there .
Great pizza great prices just need to work on some of the employees attitudes
