I'm appalled that this sheetz only has self checkout, what happened to customer service? We pump our own gas, make our own coffee and check ourselves out. Why are there even employees?
Great staff and gas prices food is always hot and taste great. The have the best milkshakes
Definitely these people know customer service and they do an awesome job. I wish I can give them more stars but 1st impressions are pretty important. If you are getting gas 1st thing you see is the overflowing trash around the pumps and unfortunately it does give the impression of no upkeep. Very important area to focus on Cleanliness
Accidentally dropped my lemonade while going to my car so I went back in and ordered another one and as I was picking my drink up, the lady wondered why I got another one. I explained the situation and she offered to give me it for free (already payed for it so didn’t bother going through the trouble) and another guy went and got me a free meal coupon. I didn’t have a great day that day but this honestly made it so much better. :D
Always have a great experience at Sheetz. Mia and her entire crew always show me great hospitality and are always a pleasure to talk to first thing in the mornings. Mia is always on top of things and always has a huge smile for all of her customers. Will definitely be back.
