My experience at this location (1454 Tarboro Street) was horrible! The meal transaction was not accurate; along with attitude from one of the cashiers. I returned to the location (Tarboro Street) and the manager snatched my bag from me to correct the order. Unfortunately, she and her crew still failed to give me the correct order! They kept my cookies and medium fries ud83cudf5f that were in the bag upon the first transaction. (Hope they were good!!!) The ice coffee I ordered for my daughter didn’t have any sugar in it and the caramel was at the bottom instead of mixed up. They even kept the nugget sauce, napkins, and straws!!! I will not be patronizing this location, anymore; in the future!!!!!!!! Visited on 1/7/2021@ 2:13 p.m.
McDonalds, this is your excuse of a Cripsy Chicken sandwich? ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 Couldn’t tell you how it taste, i threw it away. We gotta do better. Looked very dry and I’m sure the taste would have been the same.
This is the worst place ever they can't even serve a good cup of coffee when it's slow 6am. This place is a disgrace. Customer service is poor at best. Staff is rude except for one young lady with blue hair she is very professional and friendly.nManagement needs to work with staff to improve service and coffee.
If there is a wait in the drive thru, then staff needs to communicate that before I place my order. And the food wasn’t even hot, so what exactly was I waiting for
It's not chick-fil-a customer service but it is fast and correct, at least for me. I think this is the best out of all Mcdonald's in Wilson.
