This store has been our family pizza go to for a while. They are usually good and fresh. We are a family of 6 and usually order in excess of 60$ worth of pizza and we tip very well. We ordered online shortly before 6pm and the app said the pizzas were out of the oven and in quality check at 6:11pm, quality check is when it’s out of the oven, checked, then put on a warming rack. The app said it was still in quality check at 6:42pm so we called the store, we voiced our concern and the lady who answered the phone assured us that the pizzas had just come out of the oven 2 min ago and that the time on the app was incorrect. Our order was delivered 15 to 20 min after that and the pizzas were Cold and dry. We understand there’s mess ups and are by no means picky people but my wife worked for a pizza company for years and we knew the lady was lying about the sitting time of the food. We were hoping the girl who took the call was right and it was just a tracking system mess up but the pizzas had clearly sat a long time. We love dominos and have been loyal customers for a long time but we’re just disappointed tonight.nnOur delivery driver was very nice!
Delivered to my next door neighbor instead of us. When I called, the person on phone did not have a remedy beyond trying the driver on the phone. I had to call back to talk to a manager and the girl who answered gave me attitude when I asked for manager. Instead of offering to make it right, I had to demand a refund. Never ordering from this place again.
used to pick up my pizza from this location instead of order Delivery because of my home Address will send me to another location I’m always disappointed with their quality. This location always the perfect quality but tonight it’s really bad the pizza not fully raised the baking time or the temperature is wrong giving a dry pizza so dark in color affect the sauce taste and my kids usually finish the boxes in five minutes now they still sitting on the table each box missing only slices we tried. Not sure the change caused form staff changed or product quality changed but I don’t know why sometimes it’s the best and there’s some other times it’s really bad
Horrible service. Called to check on pizza when it had been 1 hour since I ordered and guy said pizza had just left.called again 30 minutes later and guy said I don't know where your pizza is! Still waiting with 3 hungry kids at 8:30 pm! Will be using papa John's from now on. At least they are fast and if they mess up they offer to fix it. This guy sounded like it was his first day and he had a pre teen attitude!
Normally great service, but still waiting after 90 minutes for pizza ordered before 6:00 PM on a Friday night. Poorly run organization to allow such a huge delay in delivery of pizza, and poor response on phone call. Pretty much said it was just coming out of the oven after 90 minutes, and should be next for delivery and then hung up. I suggest you only order deliveries during the week and not on the weekend - unless you have plenty of time to wait.
