Had to explain to them 3 times what we wanted; a pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw (they charge extra for slaw BTW) for my girlfriend and I got the brisket & cheese tacos. I got maybe 2 good bites of brisket between the 2 tacos. And none of it had a prominent flavor at all. Whoever told them that this is good BBQ told a whopper of a lie. I won't be back.
Blown away by how kindly I was just treated my the two gentlemen here this evening. I was having an otherwise bad evening and they completely turned it around and left a smile on my face! Thank you so much for such a great experience. While I just popped in for a Big Yellow Cup tea, I can’t wait to come back and order dinner from such lovely people.
Great meats sides are okay. No fryers so no fries or okra but potatoes fantastic. My go-to spot for ribs, brisket, bbq sausage. Chicken and turkey are meh. Love the cornbread and rolls to go along with the meal. I was really surprised by how good the tacos are but my go-to favorite is loaded baked potato with everything and brisket.
Dan and the crew were fabulous. The food was fantastic. I especially liked the sausage!!
The barbecue is usually great. This time it had little rubber- like sheets in it.
