I just recently joined club Pilates. I have loved every class I’ve taken so far and the instructors are great! They are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe and I feel very comfortable going even during the pandemic. I also love that you can sign up for classes on the app.

Reformer Pilates is my happy place!!! I joined when the studio first opened in the triangle. Life became busy and before I knew it I slowly drifted away. I (and my body) began to realize what was missing from my daily routine. Before the Pandemic hit hard in the US I rejoined but unfortunately everything had to close shortly after. Needless to say when the governor gave the green light for them to re-open I was beyond thrilled. I remember telling my mother “I don’t feel comfortable going back to the gym yet; but I will DEFINITELY go back Club Pilates. Ever since they open they ALWAYS sanitized and used precautions. I have no doubt they will take it up a notch.” Needless to say I am back in the studio enjoying “MY HAPPY HOUR.” Now my son has joined me. Thank you so much governor for allowing the studio to re-open and Thank You Club Pilates for giving me the time to take care of not only my Body but my mind and spirit.

I have been a member for almost 2 years. The instructors are fabulous and the front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. Love that I am able to work out in such an encouraging and welcoming environment.

I enjoyed the workout and felt great during and after a class however my experience otherwise has been awful. I really wanted to like Club Pilates and I now regret ever going in for an intro class.nnI wanted to work pilates into my routine and CP seemed convenient--I could book classes on an app and go to any studio in the area. I have been receiving 3-4 phone calls and voicemails per day every day for the past 6 weeks from various studios either asking me if I want to sign up for a free intro class (I have a membership already) OR asking how my classes are going (because I have a membership....). My mailbox is full of voicemails that I am constantly now having to clear out and it is incredibly time consuming and annoying. I did not sign up to be contacted non-stop. Like many people I am very busy working from home and my phone is ringing off of the hook with calls from CP. When I brought it up to the studio manager she said I must be signing out of my account and creating new ones which is triggering a new prospect call. I downloaded the CP app and am opening it on my phone to book classes, not logging out and logging back in. There was actually a day that I was physically in class, checked-in, on the first reformer and my phone went off. A minute later I could hear the girl at the desk leaving me a voicemail inviting me to come in for an intro class. Come on! The entire experience has become a headache. I'm considering changing my phone number because of this which is incredibly inconvenient for me because I will have to notify everyone in my life including coworkers and clients that my number has changed. Not to mention there seem to be system-wide app issues anyways. Horrible!

Intro class was informative, good way to learn about the reformer. Just getting started.
