I've been working out here since November 2019 and love it. After a three-month closure due to Covid, they opened back up in July 2020, and I have been going since then during the pandemic. I attend the group training (2-3 people at a time). They require masks when in the studio, clean each machine after it is used/regulary clean the studio in general, and limit the number of attendees to each training session. I feel very safe working out there. I have increase my strength and have more energy with just two, 20-minute workouts/week. The coaches are all great. I mostly work out in the afternoons with the new coach, Alex, who is very personable, enthusiastic, and helpful. Personally I need to work on eating better and Exercise Coach can helps me with that as well. Their protein shakes and bars are actually really good !!
