Maple Ridge RV Park

Awesome place to stay! Felt very welcomed from the moment we pulled in, sites were very nice, level! Everything was fresh and clean, definitely recommend for anybody looking to stay and visit the lake lure/ chimney Rock area!

Nice quiet little campground that was recently rebuild. Level gravel lots with full hookup. There's not much here but a community fire pit but if you are looking for a spot to park to visit chimney rock, lake lure, or the thermal rail trail you can't do much better.

Our experience here was great. Love the camp ground and definitely will be back. The owners are so accommodating and wonderful. Hope to get site #16 next when we come back which we will, but the site we have is just as nice, but like to try different sites so 16 would be my pick definitely. Clean bathrooms, showers. Over all I give it a 5 star rating. Thank you so much Eric and family.

We've stayed at many campgrounds over the past 30 years and this was absolutely one of the cleanest we've ever seen. Nice recently remodeled bath house and laundry facilities. If you work from your RV like I do you'll appreciate the super fast WIFI. Both owners are super nice and and easy to deal with. We didn't have an issue bringing our 130lb Mastiff either. A big plus for us. An easy drive to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock or Tyron. Two thumbs up from us.

I have to say that the new owners did a tremendous job on remodeling the park. Beautiful and clean. Unfortunately the wife was very snobby and did not speak at all. If she did it was short answer like she was bothered. But we did not have a fancy camper and they lied and said that there park was full and was going to put us in a terrible spot by the dumpster. Awful customer service. We were leaving and they afford us a spot they said cancellation. There park never got full. It is not kid friendly at all. That place needs southern hospitality and a playground at least in there tent section because they dont promote that section because it brings rift raft. Inexperienced campers with very little hospitality hospitality . Will not be back. You got one star for your cleanliness. Get it together if u want good reviews.
