Your drivers are out here running stop signs carelessly.

Stated they delivered the pizza as my order states. However they never did. I was sitting in the front room right next to my front door and my brother was smoking during the estimated delivery time. When I called to inquire about my order, they stated that the driver, Noah, had delivered it and knocked on my door. They proceeded to ask me for the color of my truck. I gave them the color, make, and model. I could hear laughter in the background as they handed me off to the manager, Mindy. And may I say that she is the most disrespectful and unprofessional sorry excuse of a manager that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She started off by trying to blame the customer because of the order instructions, then told me that they gave me the information on my truck, which is total nonsense because they specifically asked me about my truck. Then, Mindy, the star that she is, defended her sorry behavior as a manger and only offered a credit. Which also makes literally zero sense as I checked out as a guest. The fact of matter is, the driver, Noah, never made contact with me or even attempted to make sure we received the order. Even though that's pizza huts policy. Mindy, when you read this, please find another job. Management isn't for disgusting people like you and I look forward to talking with corporate. And yes, I did cuss you out at the end of the call. Your trailer park level of professionalism is astonishing. In the end, it's Pizza Huts responsibility to ensure the customer gets the product that he or she paid for. You failed as a business on this transaction, so why in the world would I want to have a credit with you for a future order. Disgusting.

My husband picked up pizza and it had a hole in pizza also it looked like it dropped and they put it back on cardboard wrapped it and gave it to us.. never going back, called the pizza hut in kannapolis jackson park the lady seem like she did not care.nTerrible service..

Pizza is delivered quick and hot. Don't expect them to read anything you put in the delivery notes or special instructions though. Well that's not really fair, they get it right about half the time.nnI called up there once to make sure they saw the notes I left in 3 places on my order (all the same notes, just redundant). After confirming that they would make sure it was done, they still messed that order up.

GREAT PIZZA! We stopped going to this location years ago and decided to try it, since rebuilt..... We've had a few pizzas from them and they've been hot , plentiful, fantastic!! We'll be back!
