Great for a family trip. My wife and I took my 7 year old daughter and 12 year old son. It was a blast. We all got wet in the small rapids but nobody fell off the tube or anything like that. Great way to cool off on a hot day. In the past we've always gone tubing in Helen, GA. If you like no rapids and pushing off rocks the entire time then Helen is probably for you. But Wilderness Cove is our new go to for tubing. I do recommend bringing a paddle. I used my flip flops to navigate but a paddle would have been better ud83dude04.

This place was amazing!! The launch times were flexible for us, which is great if you happen to be running late.nnThe river was........ Beautiful. There were rope swings along the way. Trees to climb and jump into the water from. (This is all at YOUR OWN RISK though, Wilderness Cove did not set these up so they are not liable if you get hurt)nnThere are some minor/decent rapids (depending on who you ask) on this river so maybe no small children, pets or people who just want a lazy river experience. This would be for someone who has been tubing a few times and is ready for a little excitement.

This is definitely a fun experience just remember to use caution there are times where the water is rough and very rocky our 3 nephews had a good time yet one of them was not happy because of how rough the ride was and it is important to make sure that they have life vests on there are some portions throughout the river that are very calm and relaxing yet the Rapids can come up on you quickly and you really need to be able to U be cautious and understand how to not get caught in a situation you can not come back from there really wasn't any instructions guidelines or safety talk that would have been important for our tubing experience there a jagged rocks and down trees that can become a little unnerving and abruptly stop you in the water. This is not a lazy river. I think ages 12 and up is best suited for this experience.nnOverall staff was nice and friendlynIt's a nice way to spend the day

We had a great time on the Green River. The trip was appropriately priced for the length of time on the water, with several options to choose from. There are a couple of rough rapids and we did witness one guy flip over a couple of times and he took a beating. This would have been easier to avoid if paddles were provided. I actually got out of the water and found a large stick to use. I will definitely take paddles if we go back.
