I purchased tickets to go to NYC fro Wilmington for a NYC Christmas experience. The bus didn’t show up at the designated location. They never notified us that the trip was canceled. Never offered a refund. I feel completely scammed.
This was by far the best experience and company I have ever used for field trips. Not only was your services affordable but professional and adequate. The drivers were respectful and considerate of our request as initially planned and as needed. I look forward to using your services for our other trips throughout the state and up & down the east coast. I only wish I would have used your company sooner. Thank You!!!
Had a great experience this year on our trip to New York City (12/6,7,8) Loved our drivers Larry and Barry they were courteous and kept us informed during our entire ride. This was our 4th trip and I would say it was the best. Thanks again, hope to ride with you soon.
I had my senior trip planned through this company to go to universal and when the trip was canceled due to covid the company did not refund a penny of my money. I saved up and worked a ton for this trip as a high school student and was already upset that we couldn’t reschedule and now this happens? I worked 30+ hours for a company to not refund the money I deserve? This is ridiculous and so unfair to me and the 70 other teachers and students who were planning on going on this trip. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I used them this weekend for a trip taking 150 kids to a water park. They were punctual, called me an hour or so ahead of time to confirm they were on the way, and the drivers were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them!
