Pretty solid FBO, friendly staff. Line service appear to be properly trained to service all your aircraft ground service needs safely and efficiently. Most seem to take pride in their work and it shows.
Extremely warm welcome to Wilmington from the staff every time I have come through. Sadly I have yet to be inside the terminal (the apron pick up and drop off is amazing though -please don’t stop this southern hospitality)
You would think that stopping there for 15 or 20 minutes to pick up two rescue dogs for a volunteer transport flight in a single engine plane might keep them from having their hand out to get $15 for a ramp fee. If you thought that you would be wrong!
Had my husband pick me up since my Delta flight was cancelled. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half and no one ever spoke to me. Young lady working the desk was unfriendly and unprofessional. She did finally speak as we were leaving that we had to pay a $25 landing fee even though they parked our plane way out for 5 minutes on the ground. Unfortunately, a negative first impression.
