We have come here for a few years now. I love that they have a 30 minute workout area because we can workout before we have to rush out to work. Unfortunately I can count on 1 hand the times that a slow non circuit person has NOT come in the express zone and cut us off and mess up the purpose of this area. The same machines are available for use on the other half of the gym. We have gotten into the habit of just telling the employees everytime we come in that we are in a hurry and need to go work. Most of the time they will watch a little bit of the time. Today we told the people at the front desk that an elderly lady was in there not doing the full circuit. She informed us that because she used 2 machines next to one another that she was doing the circuit. Nevermind that she only used 3 machines while we navigated around her trying to keep up our pulse rate. We have never had this problem when we are guests with my daughter at Crunch. I think it may be time for us to move our membership. I feel that we have asked for this issue to be resolved plenty of times. We're not asking for something above and beyond just that the rules be applied to everyone.

Place is grungy. All the time. The locker room is pretty nasty, redirected the toilet where I swear there was paper towel in the urinal for a full week. The guys at the desk are a mix of really friendly and too busy chatting up female employees to actually be helpful. They advertise all kinds of services not available at the location (spoilers... They aren't available at the other location either). And try canceling during a pandemic and they will tell you to come on in. Brilliant.

It was a pretty ok gym experience. Covid precautions are in place, and masks are mandatory. "Social Fitnessing" is in effect, meaning that every other treadmill/elliptical/stair stepper is closed. People also seem to be adhering nicely to these rules. Lots of cardio machines, not so much with weight machines. All in all, pretty ok

Clean! Clean! Clean! Reps are doing their best to keep everything clean and sanitized.

I recommend this gym. I'm going on week 25 and am very happy overall. The equipment is clean, and most are in great condition. The staff is nice and helpful. The restroom is clean and roomy. I think the price is very fair.
