EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND CLOSE BY
I received very poor service tonight. I drove up and an employee asked for my order, he did not ask for my name. Ten minutes later another employee came and asked for my order. I told him I had already ordered but they didn’t ask for my name, he replied let me check on your order what was it? I told the second employee my order, once again he didn’t ask for my name. 15 minutes later a completely different employee came and asked for my order, once again they didn’t ask for my name. Shortly after that a young woman came out and asked for my order. Mind you, 45 minutes had elapsed. I told her I wanted to speak to the store manager. By this time I was totally frustrated and angry that the customer service was this poor and shared it with the young woman. She told me that she would make sure my order would be taken care of. The manager finally came out and I expressed my frustration and what had previously expired. I have been a regular customer at this store for over 5 years but not to expect me to come back. I told him I would drive to Raleigh to get a pizza before I would come back to his store. He told me that I would not be charged for the pizza and I wasn’t. Over an hours wait for a pizza is utterly ridiculous! From now on I will get my pizza elsewhere!
Order completed in a nice orderly fashion. Calling the store upon arrival to get my food was also nice during these times.
I really enjoyed the food and the wait wasn't to terrible. Due to the corona virus I had to call in that I was there. Really didn't realize that until 5 minutes after arriving. The food quality was really good and it wasn't to bad with grease. Pizza was evenly topped and the service there in general was efficient. Well done!
Service great one of my pizzas was a little over cooked but good other wise
