We went to this pizza hut, we stood and waited about 4 min, finally a lady came out from where ever she was and said gonna be a few minutes...really??? There were two people sitting down in the whole restaurant. So now we were waiting about another 5 min, and a man came out and asked how we were doing, and continued doing whatever he was doing. So the lady finally comes out of the kitchen to help a man waiting for his take out, seemed flustered, didn't acknowledge us again, and walked away. At that point we turned around and walked out, waited like does to get seated and were treated like we were nonexistent. The women's tone was extremely rude. I would never go there again. The sign says they work for tips. Could've fooled me. It was the poorest customer service, I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible horrible service. I called them several times to try to place an order. 1st I called asked when they close and they told me 10:30 and rapidly hung up before I got to place my order. 2nd when they answered my other call they asked for my number, attempted to take my order, then just left me waiting and never retuned to the phone. 3rd time they picked up and immediately hung up without saying a word.nnThen when I went to this location they proceeded to tell me they close at 8.nnFirst far most why would they answer my call at all if I called them after hours. And why on earth would they proceed to tell me they close at 10:30 the first time I called if that clearly wasn’t true.nnWhoever was answering the phones clearly isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. Hope he or she gets smarter for their sake.

Super fresh, fast, order completely right the 3 times I’ve ordered from here. Really great quality, my husband who doesn’t like Pizza Hut couldn’t stop eating it lol. Normally not a chain restaurant person but I will continue to keep ordering from this Pizza Hut!!!

My first time using the app was definitely a test on my patience. I finally figured it out and was glad that I got the pizza, at the discount that I wanted.
