The gym itself is nice. My complaint is that when I signed up for a gym membership I asked if there would be a cancellation fee I was told there wouldn’t be a cancellation fee. So I thought ok great sign me up! Everything was great and then I ended up moving to a different location and was too far of a drive to go to this gym so I called and cancelled and they told me I had to pay $50 dollars to cancel and still pay for the month so I was charged for another month and then I was also charged a maintenance fee of $39. The staff did not mention anything to me about having to pay this maintenance fee and they advised me that there wouldn’t be a cancellation fee. This gym is to small to be charging what they charge. They over charge you just to cancel. It is ridiculous. If I would’ve known this beforehand I wouldn’t have signed up in the first place. So unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone comes here and I will never go there again in any other location.

Small town independently owned gym that has reasonable prices and is available 24/7.nHelps that its close by!

This gym was GREAT until I wanted to cancel. I was told my membership was cancelled in January and my membership was good until the end of January. I was charged for February and March but they will not refund my February payment. Since I don't remember the exact date I called to cancel and they conveniently have NO RECORD of me calling.nnSo, not only did they make two mistakes by not communicating correctly when my membership would cancel, then by not cancelling my membership like I asked, they refuse to properly correct their mistake.nnSave yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

A great 24/7/365 fitness club! Excellent equipment, kept in perfect working order. Exceptionally clean too!nMany people agree that Fit4Life of Benson is one of the best 24 hour fitness clubs they've ever been in! WOW!
