Another great Starbucks! They were very knowledgeable at this specific location which came in very helpful when ordering something kid friendly for the first time. Who knew anything on the frappe menu could be ordered with no caffeine or theres always the chocolate milk option ud83dude18
Statesville's location was right off the highway. Employee at window was an exceptional employee. Kind and easy to understand. We saw all of the employees with masks.
My husband and I ordered our drinks and they didn’t get my drink right so, I asked them kindly to make my drink a frappe and not a latte after I repeatedly said frappe not latte and they remade it and messed it up again because I had also asked for pumps of raspberry and they rushed it and didn’t put a single pump of raspberry in my drink. We drove off because I was getting annoyed and then come to find out they messed up my husbands drink as well, when he asked for a triple shot of espresso and they couldn’t even do that right. The older guy at the window was rude and I understand he was flustered because he kept messing other people’s orders and he was behind but you could have listened and got our orders right.
They are friendly but sometimes drinks don't taste as they are supposed to. Order caramel macchiato and it tastes like water.nFor 9 for a drink and snack,qualty should be on par.nNice staff,drinks don't taste up to starbucks standards half the time.nWon't be returning to this location.
Fast, courteous, friendly service. If it was between buying coffee or living in a house id just about hsve to live in a coffee can. ud83dude02
