I have worked out at FirstHealth Fitness for over 5 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and they care about their members. I like the group exercise classes because there is a variety of workouts offered and the instructors are fun and very knowledgeable about fitness. My husband had knee replacement surgery and the Sit To Be Fit class helped him during his recovery. The gym is clean and the pool is great for exercising and swimming lessons. The gym floor has all the weights, machines and equipment you need to get in a productive workout. There is a basketball court and outside area for working out if you prefer not to be inside. They also have personal trainers if you need help getting started with your fitness goals. It’s a great place to come!
The doctors here are always great to work with. Even when I sometimes feel that I can't; they will can always say the motivating words to push me along.
Sit and fit class great. Staff friendly. Nice pool.
Super clean, not crowded, convenient.
Like the pool. But this is a gym and rehabilitation pool not ment for children.
