I've been going to this gym for over ten years now. I've been in and out of fitness facilities my whole adult life. This is the only one I have been able to stick with consistently. The workouts are fun. The owner and head coach really cares about his clients. If you don't show up for class he will call or text to check on you. I highly recommend H2A Strength and Conditioning for your health and fitness needs.
Best group training facility in the area.
