This was the best location near me, but the last 5 times of going there has been no garlic sauce on the crust even after making the order online and calling to tell them to make sure there was garlic sauce on it.

Every time I call I’m placed on hold for an absurd amount of time. I can call back after that period and am answered immediately. This is garbage and I advise you to take your business to papa johns. The ONLY reason I give this business money is because my elderly father prefers the pizza for some reason.

The Gm and usual staff that i do interact with when i order at times are wonderful everything is perfect. Outside of those people i interact with i'm getting stiffed and frankly just slightly robbed and it becomes stale and extraneously irritating experiences i give the people i know and those experiences 5 stars but as a collective i can only do 4 stars because of all those past bad experiences.

We ordered via the app which was wonderful. I like the pick up method via app and text. The food was good and I really enjoyed the newish pan pizza. BUT then.. We found a long dark wavy hair in 2 of the 3 items we ordered. It'll be a long time before we go back. I would typically call and tell them about it, but after looking at the other reviews, it's par for the course at this place. What a shame considering they have such potential in this college town.

Terrible service over the phone. I called and placed on hold for 5 minutes. I then call back, placed on hold again another 5 minutes. The girl who takes your orders does not know what she is doing. Will not be going back here again. This is the second time this has happened!
