Terrible place. Cancelled my membership, even have an email as proof, and they keep charging me. The manager avoids me and the other employees are incompetent. Contacted corporate for help but they are just as incompetent. My bank has started to block their charges but it has been a great pain. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost.

I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau because after giving golds notification of an auto immune disease the manager indicated he could not cancel my membership and because of Covid this is disrespectful and down right unprofessional. The main offices for complaints are closed and they expect members to just deal with it. They will never get my business again

Clean, lots of hand sanitizer stations... And not too crowded. 1st time back in a while... I needed it.

After speaking to kenith I was ready to leave my gym, I am a O2 Fitness member, to come to Golds gym. I came to check the place out and was disappointed by Employees (didn’t want to help me understand what golds gym was offering, just want my payment to start a membership), equipment was old lots of cracking in seats, and no one was sanitizing with the spray bottles offered on side walls, putting a lot of people at risk of exposure to covid not enforcing people to wipe down sweat. O2 fitness does a facility shut down to clean EveryDay between 1:30-2:30 which I feel is really good during this pandemic.nnI understand now, Golds Gym can never offer great service, sanitation, and nice equipment as O2FitnessnnAnd main reason I am writing this is because i truly wanted to switch gyms especially to save some money but I asked golds gym employees to let manager know to call me if he truly wanted to make a sell with two other people and myself. Obviously Gold gym doesn’t need new members.nnDo Better
