I love being able to grab a Starbucks while I'm shopping at Harris Teeter. there's just something that nice about being able to sip on a coffee while I shop. This location has always made my iced white chocolate mocha wonderfully and exactly how I ask for it. Most the employees at this location provide service with a smile so I'm giving it five stars I'm never had an issue and my coffee is always great.

I came here today at 6 PM, and stood in front of the cash register, I was the only one in line and I saw a red haired girl look up from her duties and rolled her eyes when she saw me. That was very rude of her to do that and then to top it off, she seemed a little bit mad when she was taking my order as well and she even got my order wrong, but that part I cannot blame her since it might be a little hard to hear through these masks we are forced to wear. However I have worked in a barista shop before, and I can understand the frustrations of people coming in late, but I came two hours before closing, that should be no problem. However, her co-worker who made my drink was very nice and did not seem to mind me at all, hence why I am giving two stars instead of one.

Always patient staff. Very friendly. My drink was perfect this morning!! As I learn how to order my coffee a little more correctly, They learn About me and how I like things, So they help me remember what I forget to say. which is Awesome

I am not a big Starbucks coffee drinker. The only reason I ever go to Starbucks is when my sister gives me a Starbucks gift card. Recently I visited the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter on West Gate City Boulevard and I was pleasantly surprised, I must say. Look, for my taste, the coffee was a bit too strong but it was still pretty good coffee. I really liked that they had rich creamer and every kind of additive you could think of like cinnamon, caramel and different things there to add to your coffee and they actually had the Whole Earth sweetener. I couldn't believe it. Their banana nut bread and their iced lemon pound cake is really good. Long story short, the next time I get a gift card I won't wait so long to use it.
