Food was yummy as always. They were very busy and it took a long time for us to get our food due to the large volume of customers. I have worked in food service and understand how it can be. However, it took a very long time for us to be served. After viewing the other reviews, I see that this location is very busy. So, they should be prepared to handle large amounts of customers. Especially, on a Sunday morning. They were not rude but the wait was excessive.
The food is wonderful 9 times out if 10, however, the locations are so overly packed with customers its impossible for many people to even get food within a reasonable 30 minute wait time. Once we waited for 1 hour an 45 minutes, the right lane of the busy road was blocked. Other time I simply can not attempt to eat there because Its a 30min break at work and it takes about 45 minutes to go through the drive through here. You guys need to make more locations to ease traffic its ridiculous.
Beyond delicious! Amazing customer service. We wish there were locations in Northern Virginia! Ultimate Ham Biscuit was a perfect mix of all ingredients. And they have puppy biscuits! Our Lab loved them!!!
