Excellent customer service! They have fixed phones for me twice now in the past 5 years. Both times my phone was ready within 30 minutes and the quality of the work was excellent! It’s so nerve wracking to be without a phone and these people know that and make sure that you are taken care of quickly! If you schedule your appointment online, you get $10 off. They fixed a phone that wasn’t charging and a cracked screen for me. Great pricing!

I've been to Batteries Plus multiple times and have always had a positive experience. You can set an appointment to save time. The staff is knowledgeable and I've always gotten my device back in good condition after having the battery replaced.

My experience with Batteries Plus Bulbs was very positive. I was able to easily make an appointment online to have my iPhone screen replaced. It only took about an hour for them to repair my phone. They were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business!
