The main guy at the front desk is very rude; he has no manners and has an attitude problem. I had the worst experience at this shop today. I was talking on the phone with my mom while waiting to be called for my hair cut over at the waiting area ; however, I had to move the required mask away from me a little bit so that my mom was able to hear me. But I still had the mask on the whole time. Then out of nowhere this guy came to me VERY RUDELY and in Spanish called “ Papi ” and asked me to leave the place and don’t come back any more. (All this while I was still on the phone with my mom). This guy has no manners and shouldn’t be working with the public. He should have also some training on customers’ services skills because he has none. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ El encargado de la recepción es una persona MUY mal educada y no tiene ningún tipo de modales. Tuve la peor experiencia en este lugar. Yo estaba hablando por teléfono con mi mama en el área de espera mientras esperaba que me llamaran para el corte de pelo; sin embargo, tuve que correrme un poco la mascarilla hacia un lado para que mi mama pudiera escucharme. Luego, de la nada, esta persona que no sé como se llama, se dirigió hacia mí y en una forma muy maleducada y grosera me llamo “ Papi” y me pidió que me fuera del lugar y que no volviera más. (Todo esto mientras yo todavía tenía a mi mama en el teléfono. Esta persona no tiene modales de ninguna clase y no debería estar trabajando con el público. También debería recibir una capacitación de servicio al cliente y respeto hacia los demás, porque le falta mucho de eso.

I would like to start off my review by saying, that Cesar absolutely killed my cut. He really took his time to make sure that my cut was to perfection. Also had some great conversations with the guy. Very clean business, very very outstanding in their craftsmanship . I have been to many barbershops around here and while I have nothing bad to say about them I also didn’t have anything very outstanding. Which is why I will be recommending all of my friends and family to this barbershop . Cesar really knew what he was doing and spent about and hour plus giving me a haircut and beard cut. I think it’s more like art outstanding job man I will be back 100% if I could give the guy ten stars I would!

Best cut in town. Ceasar is amazing!!! But all the other artists there are also top notch!
