I love pure barre. They are very friendly and helpful, plus it works! I lost 40lbs over the last year and they have been a huge part of that. Haven’t gone since the pandemic, but will be back as soon as masks are no longer necessary. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I just joined Pure Barre a few weeks ago and I am absolutely loving being a member! There are so many time / class options, and the instructors are incredible. Each class I attend is different, so it really keeps the workout interesting!

Carolyn Hern runs a top notch studio -- very challenging workout routines led by fun and supportive instructors. Excellent central location within Winston-Salem. I am so glad to add Pure Barre into my workout routine and know it will help me reach my fitness goals much faster. I highly recommend Pure Barre to anyone, and especially this Studio!
