Great classes, online & in person! Targeted flows set to banging tracks. Most importantly, Ashley prioritizes health over size; everybody’s welcome, old or young, big or small, & we all groove toward our best selves together. I’ve never felt more motivated or accepted in a yoga studio. & 2B Yoga’s plan options are as varied as the yogis who attend — morning, evening, slow flow, hip-hop yoga with a tempo — & she changes it up depending on what people want/need. Clearly listens to her customers & is passionate about healing her community through yoga.

Ashley is a phenomenal yoga teacher - she creates a container to connect with yourself and others in a real, fun, way. It's a true talent for a yoga teacher to make you feel at ease, joyful, and non-judgemental of your own body, and she achieves that.

I always enjoy class and learn something new eachtime. I also rap along with my favorite songs! You're in for Monday evening treat with Hip Hop Yoga and catch class on Thursday for the R&B lovers.
