I’m not from Durham but found this jewel while at a Duke facility. Great selection of meat and fine cut. The price is a little expensive than what I’m use to but I love the freshness of the meat and produce. I will be back when I’m in the area.
I saw an ad saying the store is under new management, so I checked it out. It's very nice! Shelves were fully stocked with a broad array of products. Updated and ready to go!
As a Hispanic, these are the places I usually go to for ingredients. That being said, I think the other location is a bit better stocked.

A coworker of mine recommended this place for me being that I was having such a hard time finding Caribbean essentials. I am originally from Brooklyn, NY and it is easy to find all that I need there. To my surprise, coming here reminded me of the Compare Supermarket in Brooklyn. It had a ll of the Caribbean seasonings, meats and produce. This Supermarket specializes in Caribbean, South American and Latino food items that you can not find in Food Lion. I was extremely satisfied. It was worth the half hour trip.
