My coffee tasted standard for Starbucks but I absolutely got the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Of course, my interactions were limited to only two employees so I can't speak for the entire staff but the cashier was so incredibly rude and sarcastic to both me and then to my friend when she joined later to the point where I felt inexplicably and unjustifiably publicly reprimanded for being a human being ordering a standard drink at a chain I have been to numerous times. Perhaps my offense was being a customer at a job this person must despise. Such a shame to be enjoying a college visit and then get so poor customer service and leave feeling personally offended.
Get visit. All the employees were super nice and get customer service. Love the Baristas.
Today was the first time I received rude service. Normally everyone is so nice but today the guy at the drive-thru must have been having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Gentlemen was heavy set thick long red beard and close cut hair. His name Zach
