Typing this as I am sitting at the table so it's all fresh in my mind. Was greeted promptly upon entering. Parry of 2 ordered a Reuben with chips and a tuna melt with side soup. Coke and water for the drinks. $28 and some change... Wow, for what we got this is WAY too high. The soup was cold so it got sent back to be redone (microwave I guess). The Reuben was good and my handful of Ruffles were, well Ruffles. The tuna melt was bland. They got me this time, but they won't get me again for sure.
We had an awesome time! We saw Abby the Spoon Lady and Chris Rodriguez. Small area, no bad seats. Beer, wine. The cafe as open and they allow food to come in. It was very clean. Kids welcome.
I love this place. Good food great location. The only good thing about them moving is they will have a great new location in the former Flour Box Tea Room in Old Salem. Can't wait!!!
Prices are way too high went for lunch over 30$ for two ppl just had two sandwiches 2 drinks. Soup was COLD! Will not be back! Sad it was good and reasonable at old location.
Beautiful venue and soulful sounds.
