Darlene has been my go-to stylist for about 4 years now. She is always professional, friendly and really cares that you're completely satisfied with your experience. I appreciate that she takes on only the clients she can reasonably complete at any one time and is not just trying to maximize her income, but maximize her client's satisfaction. She keeps herself current on the latest trends in haircare and styling, offers excellent advice for the health of your hair and home maintenance between visits. I highly recommend her services and will be a client for as long as she'll have me.
I had my hair put into dreadlocks by Darlene about 5 months ago. Initially, I was concerned my wavy hair wouldn't loc but Darlene worked her magic and I couldn't be happier with the result! My dreadlocks look better than some people who have had their for years! She has been available whenever I had any questions and makes the process easy and worry-free!
Great stylist! I've had very bad experiences with my hair since I've been in Utah because of my coarse texture, but not with Darlene. She has excellent time management skills, I didn't feel like my cut was rushed and it turned out perfect. Excellent customer service skills and she makes you feel very comfortable! She's definitely my stylist until I leave Utah now lol.
