They politely provided me quotes over the phone for good prices, but unfortunately when I asked if their technician would wear a mask, but they told me firmly they would not. I had hoped to support this local business but sadly had to go with another locksmith due to their unwillingness to take this simple step for health precaution.
Great guys. Were able to make copies of a key Lowes and Ace couldn't do anything with. Will be using them for any future locksmithing needs I have.
Got car keys made quickly and they worked perfectly. Been getting keys made here for over 30years
I would say the experience was a total waste of time but the absurdity of it all was a good laugh. Hassle to book, showed up late, and when the technician did arrive he attempted to enter my home without invitation or a mask. When I asked him to put a mask on before coming in I was told “I don’t have a mask”. I then explained I was not comfortable with an unmasked stranger in my house and to please put one on- given that we are still in a literal pandemic- he looked me dead in the eyes, turned around, got in his truck, and drove away without another word. Never heard from them again. Just....what?
